• 2,000 – 2,999 sq ft – $600

• 3,000 – 3,999 sq ft – $700

• Pricing increases based on square footage

Single Image Pricing

• Price per image: $75

• Location fee: $100

Exterior Twilight

• Captured after sunset, includes up to 10 stunning twilight images

• Standalone Twilight Shoot: $500

• Sunset Add-On (when combined with a Luxury Real Estate shoot on the same visit): $300

Interior Twilight

• Captured after sunset, includes up to 10 professionally lit interior images – $500

• High-rise condos include exterior balcony/view shots

• 4 hours of shoot time

• Up to 12 images for any size listing – $1200

• Twilight and drone images not included

• Standalone Drone Shoot: Up to 10 images – $500

• Drone Shoot Add-On: Up to 10 images when combined with a Luxury Real Estate shoot – $250

1 to 2 amenities: $250

3 to 5 amenities: $400

Invoices will be sent via email through Bill.com. Images will not be delivered until the invoice is paid. We kindly ask that all invoices be settled before the scheduled delivery time of 2 business days.
